It would seem that for prevention you just need to do it in the morning exercise, take a contrast shower, but … a modern person does not even enough time for that. Therefore, we offer three simplest exercises that need to be done in the morning while still in bed. As they assure experts, this is enough to get that portion of energy, which is enough for a modern person for the whole day, this is a minimum training for muscles, ligaments and joints so that they remain normal and did not let you down.

To begin, an exercise to stretch the joints. Lying on the bed imitate landing in the lotus position, that is, throw your leg over the knee wrap your other hand around this knee. Five seconds – and change legs. It is enough to complete the exercise five times.
The following is the simplest and most enjoyable exercise, and the most effective, having a beneficial effect on the whole the body. Lying on your back, pull your knees to your chest, grab them hands and hold out for ten seconds (see the main photo). Repeat at least five times. This is the so-called “bun.”
Then we stretch the lumbar. To do this, sit down feet on the floor and bend, trying with your fingertips reach him. Freeze for a few seconds (static), then get up and go to the shower.
