According to statistics, the aircraft is considered very safe means of transportation. Vladimir Tatarenko, an engineer from Ukrainian the capital, found an interesting solution that could save lives people during a plane crash.
The specialist developed the concept of a passenger aircraft, cabin which is represented by a detachable capsule. If the airliner arrives in malfunction, pilots and stewardesses move into the cabin, after why the capsule is undocked from the aircraft and sits on the ground thanks to several large parachutes.
In addition, during the landing of the cabin will be released special air cushions designed to soften the fit passengers on a hard surface or provide buoyancy capsules on the water. After that, you will need to contact the airline and request help.
Vladimir Tatarenko suggests that such an aircraft is necessary will be made from both lightweight and durable materials, for example, Kevlar and carbon composites. Like that the solution will reduce the total weight of the detachable capsule.

Skeptics do not believe in a safe plane
Unfortunately, such an original solution was met many skeptical comments. According to some world scientists, such a security system is meaningless. At first, soft landing of passengers will be possible only in case of landing on a flat surface or on a calm surface of water, say lakes. If there are houses, trees or a mountain below, people will suffer anyway. Secondly, aircraft weight reduction will certainly lead to a decrease in its strength, that is, the system security itself will increase the chances of a plane crash. Thirdly, the cost of flying on such a liner will be significantly higher therefore allow yourself to survive during a plane crash only wealthy citizens can. And fourthly, the proposed Ukrainian system will be absolutely useless in an explosion on board (for example, a terrorist) or missile attack.
Tatarenko prefers not to argue with critics, but to continue perfect your concept. Must give to engineer due: he is engaged in this project exclusively on his own and conducts all research at its own expense.
