And in rodents, which gave raw vegetables and heat treated significantly differed intestinal microflora. Those rodents that consumed processed vegetables had significantly more beneficial bacteria in the intestines than raw foodists. At the same time, rodents consuming raw vegetables lost fast in weight and were more lethargic.
A similar experiment was conducted in humans, which showed those same results as on rodents.
This study does not mean that from the consumption of raw vegetables need to be discarded, since it is known that beneficial substances in thermally unprocessed vegetables are much more, therefore, the total should be in moderation.
