Spanish neurophysiologist who worked in the USA in 1950-1973, Jose Manuel Rodriguez Delgado, improved research method brain using implanted electrodes, and successfully treated previously incurable mental illness.

Thoroughly engaged in political science, sociology, the history of wars, Delgado revealed an insidious environment: “Do not be surprised why in 1922 in Europe a poisonous shrub of the suicide phenomenon flourished human bodies, against the will of the owners of these bodies.
