Australian scientists at RMIT University held an interesting a study that showed that an alarm clock melody raising us in the mornings from bed, this is not just a signal for awakening, she also sets up the body to work throughout the next day.
As it turned out, a sharp sound also sharply reduces the tone of the body person and leads to lethargy in the future. But the quiet and melodic melodies, on the contrary, raise the tone and allow a person during the day do not feel tired and true as much as possible productive.
